- appCounselling Powered By Cypher App is used for one to one communication between counsellor and client.
- Client can choose chat, audio/chat or video/chat options for one to one communication with counsellor.
- Counsellor can view their appointment calendar.
- Counsellor can view appointment requests, can suggest new appointment time, can accept or deny appointments.
- Counsellor will be notified whenever they get new appointment request. Counsellor will also receive new appointment requests on their mailbox.
- Counsellor will be notified 24hours, 1 hour and 5 mins before each counselling session.
